Information and use

We use contact and account details, content you provide, and usage and security records to answer inquiries, provide Loomwick, manage access, and prevent misuse. Company content is processed under the client's instructions and agreement.

Website providers, including Cloudflare, jsDelivr, and Google Fonts, receive browser requests such as IP addresses and browser details. Cloudflare provides site analytics. Cookies and browser storage support preferences and sign-in.

Sharing and retention

Service providers receive information needed for hosting, email, support, backups, and approved AI processing. Authorized users, administrators, and the selected AI account holder may access stored information and provider histories. Content and results may remain in customer storage, backups, or provider records, including outside your country. We do not sell personal information or use customer content for advertising.

We keep information as needed to provide services and meet security, business-record, or legal obligations. Client content follows agreed retention arrangements. Backups and provider copies may persist after deletion. We use reasonable security and access controls.

Google and Gmail

With your consent, Loomwick accesses your Google account identity and Gmail message content and metadata for approved searches, reading, and summaries. Selected content may be sent to your chosen AI provider for approved processing. Saved results follow the storage and retention practices above.

Our use and transfer of Google information adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy and Google Workspace user data policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google information, use it for advertising, or use, retain, or transfer it to create, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.

Disconnect Loomwick or revoke access in your Google Account settings to stop future access. This does not delete existing results or retained copies.

Requests and changes

Contact hello@kellybusinessservices.com to request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing. We may verify your identity or refer company-data requests to its administrator. Applicable law may provide additional rights. We will notify you of material policy changes and obtain renewed consent before new uses of Google information.
